At Kroner and Associates Counseling, we recognize the deep connection between the mind and body and how emotional and physical well-being are closely intertwined. By integrating awareness of the body with thoughtful exploration of thoughts, emotions, and life meaning, we help clients build a deeper understanding of themselves and create lasting change from the inside out. Additional services include an integrated approach to personal training and psychotherapy, utilizing exercise as both a medium for the conversation and a treatment for what brings you in. Clinical Supervision is also available for counselors and social workers upon request.
